A signature is always required for your parcel. We recommend providing a delivery address where somebody will be home to accept the goods.

If you are not home during the day, this could be place of work or family/friend who is home during the day.

Delivery Times

New Zealand: 1-4 working days from when order is shipped.

Australia: 4-5 working days from when order is shipped.

You will receive an email when your item has been scanned onto a courier’s vehicle and is on its way to you. This will have tracking details which you can use to follow your delivery’s progress.
